The Renewal Specialist plays a role in the retention and growth of our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless renewal of contracts and agreements and must possess strong customer relationship management, sales acumen, and expert negotiation skills. What you’ll do
- Manage the renewal process end-to-end for managed accounts.
- Develop working knowledge of GoLinks’ products, services, and best practices. Be the trusted partner and expert for customers.
- Monitor and report on account health, usage data, renewal dates, and growth opportunities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts and work with our Sales team to negotiate pricing details to close these opportunities.
- Share customer perspectives, risks, strategic insights, executive briefings, and requests.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to expedite resolution.
- Test playbooks, program ideas, and track results based on defined customer goals.
Who you are
- Renewal Experience. You have approximately 2 years of professional experience as a renewal specialist, developing, executing, and owning negotiation strategies and methods for enterprise account contract renewal to optimize contract value while preserving customer trust.
- Strong sales acumen. You can identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals successfully. You are capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You have strong written communication skills, and have the ability to clearly and confidently present to customers and provide virtual training to their employees successfully.
- Time Management. You are highly organized and skilled at prioritizing your workload to ensure timely contract renewal, and deliver the maximum value to our customers.
- Quick learner and highly adaptable. Learning is a never-ending process for you. You enjoy learning and can pick up on new concepts quickly. You are also open and can adapt easily to new processes and ways of thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree. You have obtained a BA in Business or related field; or have equivalent work experience.
