Dock is on the lookout for an experienced Account Executive to join our rapidly growing sales team! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Sales and fellow AEs to drive new business, convert free users into loyal paying customers, and help accelerate Dock’s growth trajectory.

What You Will Do
- Become a Product Expert: Master our platform and stay ahead of the competitive landscape.
- Prospecting & Outbound: Work with your team to identify new prospects and showcase how Dock can help them close deals faster and streamline onboarding.
- Lead Sales Calls: Conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and align deal timelines with customer needs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Provide feedback to internal teams to support continuous growth and improvement of the product.
- Use MEDDPICC Sales Methodology: Strategically prepare for calls, move prospects through the sales funnel, and forecast accurately.
- Manage Pipeline in HubSpot: Maintain an organized, clear pipeline that drives results.
- Close Business: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise SaaS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas (e.g., President’s Club, top 10% of sales teams)
- Strong outbound and prospecting skills
- Experience selling to GTM functions like sales, client success, RevOps, and marketing
- Skilled at managing the entire sales cycle, from discovery to demo, negotiation, and close
- Ability to navigate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Finance)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- U.S. based (SF/NYC preferred)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred)

Compensation Expected:
- OTE: $200-250K
- Compensation includes a mix of base salary, commission, and equity.
