Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & In-Season Management
- Analyze business by door and by style to maximize sales opportunities
- Suggest reorders and RTVs to accounts to improve business performance
- Develop and execute in season action plans to improve OTB forecast, reacting to business trends, resulting in
- improved natural margin performance.
- Communicate trend and competitive information internally.
- Maintain order changes, substitutions, confirmations, and shipping status/order tracking for accounts
Pre-Season Strategy
- Develop pre-market strategies and assortments to achieve sales budgets and improve business
- Partner with Planning to build account receipt plans
- Present collection to buyers
- Work with buyers to build account-specific product assortments
- Work with Merchandising team to develop exclusive product
- Review orders to ensure appropriate product mix by classification
Store Support
- Store communication and feedback collection
- Creation and distribution of PK tools
- Store visits and PK presentations
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in wholesale
- Experience with Blue Cherry, Skypad, Excel and Nuorder
- Excellent influencing and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish cross-functional multilevel
- relationships
- Ability to deal with rapidly changing organizational issues and anticipate/forecast customer demand
- Self-motivation with a strong sense of personal accountability
Salary range: $75,000.00 -80,000.00*
