Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager:
FUNCTIONS:
- Promote and manage the development of sales in existing and new customers within your assigned territory.
- Manage Caudalie’s customers’ business by driving through and enhancing the frequency and volume of net shipments.
- Schedule and execute training to develop product knowledge, application of product skills and selling techniques.
- Create, execute and drive sales through events to generate excitement and brand awareness.
- Develop relationships and partnerships with store managers, sales associates, and boutique buyers to enhance overall growth and increase sell through.
- Monitor and improve space and location in all customer locations.
- Monitor inventory in store and report inventory issues to immediate supervisor.
- Follow and execute marketing plan for each campaign.
- Work closely with immediate supervisor to enhance training skills, organization, and better practices in assigned territory.
- Uphold Caudalie Dress Code Guidelines and consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance.
- Respect and use company property and POSM to drive business.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
- At least (2) two years of sales experience in Consumer Goods, ideally in Beauty industry.
- Target-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Sales expert and building sales through Education, Events and Call Cycle.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of activity/decision ROI.
- Strong command of Apple technology (iPad and iPhone).
- Partner with freelance teams to achieve goals.
- Responsible for getting to and bringing tools/collateral to the different assigned locations.
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a daily basis.

Work Hours & Location
- The Account Executive will be on the field at client’s locations from Tuesday thru Saturday but will be flexible and available to work on occasions from Wednesday thru Sunday as per business needs.
- The Account Executive will be allowed to work from home (office days) 1 to 2 days a month in agreement with the immediate supervisor.
- Expected travel up to 50% as per business needs.
