That’s where we come in. At Crustdata, we are building the gateway to the internet for AI agents. We already serve dozens of enterprise customers, are profitable and growing very fast. We’re looking for our first business/sales hire. This is a great opportunity to learn, take ownership, and set a foundation for rapid career growth.
What you’ll be doing
Help us get customers!
You will be directly responsible for helping build and execute systems that allow us to get qualified leads, help qualify them, and close deals.
This is a role that is a jack of all trades. We will ask this person to do both SDR and AE work. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Strategize and iterate with founders to hit additional sales channels and ICPs
- Build and manage outbound sales campaigns
- Qualify interested parties
- Close new customers!
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in a sales or growth role
- Systems thinker with strong attention to detail
- A true grinder - we work very hard
- Ideally: experience both as an SDR and AE
- Ideally: in NYC or willing to relocate
- Combination of creative and analytical mindset
- Hungry to win and close deals
