Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be an integral part of the Tensorleap Sales team reporting to the VP Sales.
We will look to you to identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities.
You will take part in strategic research of the AI Deep Learning space to determine the best companies and personas to engage with our product.
You will work directly with our marketing and sales teams to produce and deliver effective outreach strategies through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, phone calls, emailing, and events.
Responsibilities:
- Execute inbound activities as well as an outbound strategy by utilising tools like Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha & ZoomInfo
- Partner with the sales team to strategise on targeted accounts to help drive revenue
- Utilise business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
- Measure results and analyse performance to continue to optimise our prospecting penetration
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
- Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in HubSpot
- Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives
- Act as the subject matter expert on Tensorleap’s product offerings/solution
- Seek out new ideas and methods for prospecting and lead generation
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of BDR/SDR/ADR experience in data-related products and history of overachievement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- High level of English, ideally mother tongue (Hebrew additional plus)
- Flexibility, Coachability, Resilience, Intelligence
- An interest in deep diving into understanding the complex environment that is the Deep Learning space
- Target-driven and hard worker with a strong sense of urgency
- Process oriented - can define and optimise workflows that support a quality and timely outreach to a large number of prospects per week
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator (or the like)
- Start-up experience preferred
- Working days: Hybrid US/EU Hours Monday – Friday (Half Day Friday)
