Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can solve our customer’s most complex problems. In this role you will report into the VP Sales and work directly with the sales team and CFDS to understand the needs of our customers, strategise on how to best support them in their evaluation and ultimately help our customers choose Tensorleap as their solution.
Responsibilities
- Present Tensorleap technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers
- Be the technical expert in the room to present and position Tensorleap’s features and value to technical stakeholders
- Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Tensorleap technology throughout the sales cycle
- Create and develop technical champions in your accounts to drive deals and achieve a technical win
- Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert to advise on tailored solutions that meets the customer’s needs
- Collaborate with the Sales, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing teams to continuously improve Tensorleap’s products and marketing
- Represent Tensorleap at industry or customer events
Qualifications
- Extensive sales engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant industry experience (analytics, data science, data engineering etc)
- Hands-on experience with cloud native ML and AI tools
- Proven track record of delivering technical wins & strong customer relationships in your accounts
- Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
- Experience with data science and machine learning technology
- Ability to solve customer specific business problems and apply Tensorleap solutions
- Customer-facing skills to effectively communicate our vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences both written and verbal
- Fluency in English required, Hebrew is an additional bonus.
- Hybrid US/EU Hours, 2 days a week in Office for EU Hours
