The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Client Account Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Mansfield, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly and accurately document agency management system
Maintain thorough knowledge of company procedures.
Process all in-coming and out-going mail.
Actively listen and identify client needs or requests/concerns that are related to their Personal Insurance needs.
Interface with customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, and/or electronic mail to respond to inquiries and answer insurance related questions.
Maintain confidentiality of all information related to clients, customer, employees, and carriers.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, strong administrative and analytical skills.
Reliable with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
Strong analytical skills and problem solving
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt at prioritizing responsibilities and tasks to effectively meet deadlines
Personable, a good listener and can effectively communicate with all staff and client types through both written and verbal means
Works efficiently both independently and as a member of a larger team
Willing and flexible to help with any urgent issues that happen to arise at the company, even if they are outside the immediate scope of the role
