The Role
Parambil is hiring a Founding Sales Representative to bring our revolutionary technology to the tort law world. This key hire will both identify new business and nurture relationships with existing customers.
The ideal candidate loves people, innovation, and working with law firms. They will join us in our Flatiron office when not traveling.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by identifying and closing new business as well as nurturing existing accounts
- Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and how our technology can support them
- Request and share customer feedback actively with our engineering/product team
- Provide insights and feedback to the team on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement
- Help build, record, and track interactions and pipeline progress in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and support reporting
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in a related discipline (e.g., marketing, business, technical)
- Track record includes at least 3 consecutive quarters exceeding quotas
- Self-starter with experience writing sales playbooks from scratch
- Able to listen to customers and tailor conversations to address their needs
- Aggressively hunt for new sales opportunities and follow-up with leads in a professional and timely manner
Preferred, not required
- Experience at a pre-Series C company
- Prior work with law firms in the mass torts / personal injury space
Compensation:
- OTE $100K-250K (50/50) + equity
- Travel expenses covered
- Health insurance, 401K
