We are looking for an energetic and driven Senior Account Executive to join our Brand Experiences team, where you will be a key figure in concepting and bringing to life impactful and memorable events for our amazing clients within the fast-paced beverage industry.
Reports to: Account Supervisor, Brand Experiences
Schedule: Hybrid based out of the NY office in Union Square (Mon, Wed, Thurs in-office)

AS A BRAND EXPERIENCE SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE AT SIDECAR, YOU WILL…
- Be a key point of contact for your clients to bring these experiences to life, leading every aspect of project planning and execution, including budget development, brief writing, presentation building, liaising with third-party suppliers, and asset sourcing.
- Be a key point of contact for your internal teams by owning all aspects of your project and being able to guide the team when challenges arise and pivots are necessary. Be able to creatively solve problems throughout a project’s lifecycle.
- Work alongside Strategy, Creative, and Design teams to concept and plan experiences that address clients’ needs, elevate their brands, and ultimately turn heads and fill glasses.
- Oversee administrative work such as building status reports, running status meetings, managing run-of-shows, and building production decks.
- Be the gatekeeper of quality work, ensuring all creative ideas and execution touch points are on brief and meet the agency’s standard of excellence.
- Travel to help execute live events as the key point person on-site. You will oversee vendors and staff, at times be the production manager on-site, ensure all event aspects are executed thoughtfully and with attention to detail, and be a cool and calm presence for our clients. Approximately 10-15% of potential events travel throughout the year.
- Learn a lot. But also have a lot of fun. We work in drinks after all.
Applicants must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the United States. This job has some physical requirements, including carrying and lifting boxes, reaching overhead, bending down, and frequent standing and walking during event load-ins, executions, and load-outs.
YOU MUST HAVE…
- 5+ years in a similar agency role
- A proven track record of managing the conception and execution of exceptional live events for consumer brands. Drinks experience is a plus!
- The ability to multi-task across different projects while maintaining a team-player mentality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An eye for design - comfortable working with designers to achieve excellence and have the ability to visualize and implement the premium aesthetic of our clients.
- Strong tech skills in Keynote and Google Docs/Slides, and is tech-savvy enough to learn other tech programs to work collaboratively and effectively with remote team members
- Willingness to travel for events and activations (approximately. 10-15% travel), with flexible on-site working hours as needed, including weekends.
- A glass-half-full personality - resiliently positive attitude is key to the Sidecar ethos
