The opportunity
As the Sales - Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to accelerate our growth in North America and be a part of a company that is rapidly scaling.
- Generate leads with our ‘ideal’ client through various channels, including outbound email campaigns, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with team members and take initiative to deploy and test different tactics to source deals across various channels.
- Support marketing efforts to establish inbound lead generation and effective sales collateral
- Schedule and coordinate lunch & learn appointments with architects and designers.
- Qualify inbound leads via email and phone.
- Communicate, articulate value, influence, and maintain ongoing relationships, adapting to prospects' needs to continuously win business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Join industry events to connect with peers and understand ongoing trends.
About You
✔️ You are based in NYC or at a commutable distance to the JUUNOO office in Midtown Manhattan.
✔️ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related roles (SDR, BD, AE)
✔️ Bachelor’s degree is required
✔️ You have a proven ability to identify & close new opportunities
✔️ You have experience in a quota driven role and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
✔️ Self-starter, can handle a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
✔️ Experience with outbound campaigns and prospecting
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in related industries (real estate, construction, architecture, design, office furniture).
- Prior experience working with start-ups/smaller companies.
What We Offer
On Target Earnings (OTE) will be USD $120,000 - $140,000.
The base salary range for this position will be USD $80,000 – $90,000 + sales commission.
This may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
