The Role
As the Enterprise Account Executive at HIFI, you will be working side by side with the Chief Revenue Officer and leading and executing HIFI's GTM & Revenue function. This is a truly unique opportunity to be an early member of the revenue team and be a core contributor to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target accounts in key verticals such as fintech, retail, logistics, and enterprise finance.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with a focus on multi-year contracts.
- Qualify leads through discovery calls to understand pain points and establish fit with HIFI’s solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and professional process at every step.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, working with internal stakeholders (e.g., revenue and product) to close deals efficiently.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, with a focus on multi-year contracts.
- Transition newly signed accounts to the Customer Success team, ensuring clear communication of objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale, acting as a trusted advisor to drive ongoing engagement and platform satisfaction.
- Regularly meet with clients to identify additional needs, uncover new opportunities, and expand HIFI’s footprint within the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of HIFI’s APIs, products, and solutions to articulate technical benefits clearly to a range of stakeholders, including CTOs, CFOs, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with HIFI’s product and engineering teams to provide actionable feedback based on client input and market insights.
- Partner with product and engineering to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap prioritization.
- Lead internal deal reviews and strategy sessions to share insights and align team efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide weekly updates to the Chief Revenue Officer on pipeline progress, closed deals, and key risks or blockers.
- Represent HIFI at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, serving as an ambassador for the company.
Who you are
- 2-5+ years of experience selling technical products within blockchain, payments, stablecoins, or fintech is a must.
- Experience selling API-driven or technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- An excellent track record of exceeding ARR growth, deal size, and sales velocity targets.
- Experience navigating cross-border complexities in payments or financial technology, including multi-currency and compliance considerations.
- You are a natural people person. You are deeply empathetic about our customers and partners and enjoy maintaining relationships.
- You are aware and keep up to date on key players and developments in tech, blockchain, and stablecoins.
- While we can't dictate your passions, it would be expected the candidate has a deep excitement for blockchain and stablecoins.
Our revenue structure is completely uncapped with aggressive accelerators to encourage the best candidates to excel.
We have no hard roles about in-person work, however most of our company works together in our Flatiron office and recognizes it allows us to move faster.
