Responsibilities

Own strategic plans, the quarterly revenue forecast, territory design, and resource planning for sales of products in all stages of the lifecycle.
Develop team talent and pipeline by attracting, identifying, recruiting, developing, rewarding, managing, and coaching.
Enable, develop, and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build a sales pipeline to meet or exceed customer acquisition and retention goals.
Coach Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives in world-class sales practices, including qualification methodologies, consultative techniques, and negotiations
Analyze, develop, and implement sales strategies across key accounts to attain company strategic objectives.
Identify process and product improvement solutions to increase revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of New Logo experience with at least 3 years of formal sales experience building and leading high-performance Mid-Market or Enterprise Sales teams in a software/SaaS environment.
Track record in closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500.
Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions for internal operations and external customers.
Training in MEDDICC sales qualification or similar sales methodology.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Genuine flexibility and temperament to succeed in a high-energy, fast-growing startup.
