Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to help expand our client base and fuel our rapid growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing Three Leaf Clover AI as a leader in the AI-powered video production space, working directly with our leadership team to shape sales strategies and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and proactively reach out to potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and social media engagement.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the founders to refine and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s growth goals.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver product demos that showcase the transformative power of our AI-driven video production solutions.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate and close contracts, bringing in new business and consistently hitting or exceeding your sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning our solutions to their goals.
- Collaborative Growth: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a B2B sales role, preferably in tech, SaaS, or media production, with a proven track record of success.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and able to quickly learn about AI-powered video technology.
