We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive join our team!
Responsibilities
What Will You Do?
- Develop business partnerships and opportunities with Key prospects in the short term rental industry
- Manage sales cycles of complex SaaS products from start to finish - Prospecting, qualification, evaluation/RFP, POC, negotiations to deal closure.
- Execute on Guestyβs Go To Market strategy within the East Coast of the USA and Canada
- Develop a sales plan, execute it and Sales reports include forecasts and key performance in dictators (KPI's)
- Incorporate customer perspective, drivers, and product/service relevancy to deliver persuasive client presentations.
- Diligently manage a pipeline and communications in Salesforce.
- Working closely with the Guesty HQ to report local knowledge - market trends, insights, CTA's.
- Continuously outperforming your quota, making sure to align with sales targets
- Full ownership of all enterprise sales activities and initiatives within your assigned territory (East Coast region) - Expos, conferences, online events, meeting with prospects, and partners, and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience
- Language: English (Native) Additional languages are a huge plus.
- SaaS sales experience - A MUST
- Must be closer; Ability to manage the intricacies of complex deals and demonstrate the ability to close various business types
- Previous sales methodology training, and CRM experience (Salesforce a plus!)
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
- Travel / Hospitality tech sales - HUGE ADVANTAGE
- Must have an entrepreneurial approach that is independent, creative, passionate, and approachable.
- An in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry - a huge plus!
- Consultative/solution selling - Out of the box thinker with a creative mindset.
