Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your education leadership experience to identify and cultivate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school district leaders, including superintendents, principals, and curriculum directors
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to address school challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program implementation
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate sales data
- Stay informed about education trends, policies, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Proven experience as a school administrator (principal, assistant principal, or superintendent) or a combination of teaching experience and successful sales background
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with educational stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A passion for educational equity and student success
